This dainty, sterling silver Narcotics Anonymous® pendant features the NA® freedom symbol with your choice of a classic high polish finish or a flashy diamond-cut finish around the outside. This sobriety pendant is made of solid 925 sterling silver and the pendant measures approx 3/8" in diameter.
